Returns & Cancellations
We hope you love your order. If you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Once you have told us you want to cancel, you then have 14 days to return the item to us.
Items must be returned with all cards, box, inserts and packaging included. You may inspect the item as you would in a shop, but we may reduce the refund if the item has been used, damaged, or handled more than necessary.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.
Once we receive the returned item, or proof that it has been sent back, we will refund you within 14 days using your original payment method. If you return the full order, we will refund the item price and the standard delivery charge you paid.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. We will not ask you to pay return postage for an item that is faulty, damaged, or sent incorrectly.
International returns
International customers can return items in line with our returns policy. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage and any customs or import charges connected with returning the item.
